We are currently seeking to recruit a Security and Fire Technical Support Engineer Payment:Negotiable, depending on experience. Duties & Responsibilities: Product Assembly & Testing Product Telephone Support to RSPL Customers Product Fault Finding & Repairs Assisting Sales & Marketing Team Workshop & Demo Room Duties in House Product Demonstrations to RSPL Customers Requirements: Experience of installing CCTV, Access Control , Intercom, Intruder and Fire Alarm Products & Gate Automation. Ability to support technical enquiries in CCTV, Access Control , Intercom, Intruder and Fire Alarm Products & Gate Automation. Technical Aptitude. Some previous experience in Electronics - preferably in the Security & Fire Industry Good problem solving skills. Computer literate. Quick learner. Ability to work under pressure. Knowledge of Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook. Fluent in English. Good telephone manner. Customer focused.
