SAP - QA Lead

Responsibilities Direct a QA team, and gather information from business stakeholders to verify and prioritise a set of business requirements Prepare, execute and document test cases based on Business & Functional Requirements to ensure thorough testing of requirements in a fast paced environmentWork with clients to understand existing or new processes and systems in order to provide high quality advice and deliverablesWork attentively with the Expleo testing services (functional, automated and performance) to deliver a seamless overall quality serviceWork closely with the clients’ Technical Architects and Developers and be able to ‘translate’ the business requirements to functional requirements for these teamsEnsure that the scope of a design iteration doesn't vary unless authorised by the Business StakeholdersReport issues to management where these could have an impact on a major deadlineMentor less experienced analysts and motivate others to provide innovative solutions for team improvementReview test cases written by peers to ensure that all requirements are covered in test case documentationRe-test bugs to confirm that they have been correctedReview, mentor and assign tasks to junior QA staffBring a quality focus to product releasesHave a customer mind-set and eye for detail with applications under test Qualifications A degree-level qualification in a Computer Science disciplineISTQB certification Non-functional testing Experience within telecommunications or finance industries advantageous Skills Excellent client-facing skillsPeople management skills - introducing and building ways in which people can learn from each other, encouraging mentoring and the transfer of knowledge by designing and delivering learning interventionsTeam work and emotional intelligence Good self-management – continuous performance is both a goal and a mind-set Have an innovative approach – a bold thinker and doer, matching creativity with vigilance High value on openness and transparency Ability to influence StakeholdersExcellent time management and the ability to work to tight deadlines Experience Experience on SAP testing projectsExperience in API Testing (SoapUI, Ready API, Postman Experience in test automation scripting (Selenium, Playwright, Python Demonstrable experience in a Test lead position as well as 3 years’ experience testing across a variety of environments and industriesScoping and creating functional and non-functional test plans and test data, maintaining the integrity of the test environmentTest estimation and test planning experience essentialQuality focused with attention to detail Benefits At Expleo, we are committed to providing a competitive salary and a substantial benefits offering with unique wellbeing, financial and employee recognition programmes.We pride ourselves on our diverse and inclusive culture and offer a variety of family friendly policies and enhanced leave to help our you achieve a healthy work life balance.
