Position will be at the newly refurbished multimillion-euro boutique hotel in Dungloe, County Donegal. Duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Organise, direct and evaluate food and beverage service Supervising daily shift operations, including front and back-of-house restaurant operations Organising and scheduling staff rotas Ordering food and other supplies while staying within budget limitations Recruiting, interviewing and training staff to follow restaurant procedures Controlling operational costs and identifying ways to cut waste Maintaining compliance with laws and guidelines Requirements for the job include: Candidate must be a seasoned hospitality professional with a passion for excellence. Have three years experience in hotels/hospitality. Be computer literate Communication and leadership skills Be up to date with food and beverages trends and best practices Have a hands on approach
