JOB DESCRIPTION Job DescriptionLoyalty & Communications Specialist At Circle K, we’re looking for a talented individual with a love for customer loyalty and communications.Reporting to the Senior Specialist, Loyalty & Card Marketing Manager, this role is a 12-month fixed term contract. The role is hybrid, meaning 3 days in our office in Clonskeagh, D4 and 2 days working from home. As we continue to grow our business, we are looking to expand our team as well as our loyalty offering and personalization capabilities. You’ll be at the centre of this transformation, working together with our team to help improve our loyalty experience to drive growth across the business.The role:Assist in the Implementation of loyalty program design and strategy across the Irish business.Assist in the go-to-market activities to drive consistent execution of program branding, campaigns, and promotions across channels.Coordination of in-store loyalty activations and programs across the country in close partnership with the Operations teamCollaborate in the development of employee training (Dealer Partner & Company Owned Sites)Partner with Human Resources on employee communications and rolling out across the entire network (Dealer Partner & Company Sites)Maintain project calendar and ensure flawless planning, communication, and execution of all new and/or existing loyalty initiatives.Measure and report out on results to optimize campaign execution.Partner with Operations and Customer Service teams to develop and implement associate training.Communicate workplans to drive awareness. Assist in the continuous effort to simplify, improve, and optimize loyalty work processes across the organization.Track and measure program results using database, web analytics and other tools, identifying existing optimisations and new areas for improvement.Assist in the development of technical/business approaches and new or enhanced technical tools.Management of third-party suppliersThe ideal candidate:A “doer” and thrive in making things happen in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
