HSE Lead and HSE Advisers (x3)

Company Details: The company is a multidisciplinary firm leading in the development of industrial infrastructures and the provision of services, becoming one of the major players in the renewable energy sector. Through vast experience and a profound understanding of the markets in which it operates, they have continuously adapted to the changing needs of each client and the growing demand for projects that have a significant impact on society and the environment. Having recently entered the Irish market, this established and expanding European firm have secured an excellent energy project based in Dublin. Role & Responsibilities: * Establishing strong HSE protocol and offering a strong knowledge of systems and processes in this field. * Monitoring plant safety conditions and preparing reports for management. * Supervising and monitoring work at the plant. Ensuring that the rules and procedures for safe execution of work are respected. * Providing training and inductions to personnel associated with the plant. * CAE management with the client and subcontracting companies. Document management, calling and leading coordination meetings. * Proposing actions to remedy safety deficiencies (disciplinary regime), monitoring and achieving them. * Drawing up Health and Safety Plans, Annexes and Safe Work Procedures. * Coordinating and ensuring compliance with health and safety matters; in the event of deviations, the necessary measures will be implemented. Education & Requirements: * HSE experience in the Irish market is essential for the Lead role and ideally some energy/power experience would be a distinct advantage * Bachelor’s degree in Health & Safety or related engineering degree. * Minimum 10 years for the Lead role and 4 years’ experience working within a Health & Safety engineering capacity for Associate roles * Experience in prevention management in construction sites and/or operating plants. * Advanced level of English. * Availability to reside in Ireland and eligible to work in Ireland.
