Senior Technical Project Manager - Dublin Contract - € - € per dayHybrid workingOur clients are looking for an experienced candidate with the ability to provide technical program manager leadership on engineering programs from inception to implementation, often across multiple quarters or years, in partnership with a product manager, an engineering lead/team, and across a variety of internal and external stakeholders.Must have:Experience leading Scrum teamsExperience working in Azure environmentsExperience leading the sprint and planning rhythmExperience partnering with the quality engineering team and the creation and prioritization of work Ability to evaluate requirements, perform gap assessments and develop achievable execution and/or remediation plans Ability to identify and manage all dependencies across features Action and results oriented self-starter with the ability to deliver on ambiguous projects with incomplete information Ability to interface across groups on both business and technical matters Ability to apply data driven insights and develop KPIs to measure program effectiveness, and communicate to decision makers in regular forums Creates process, and procedure documentation Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly articulate requirements to management, control owners, and app/service/environment owners and teams Proven track record of achieving success through teamwork, collaboration, leading and influencing without authority, resolving conflict, and measuring results Proven track record using the scrum project management framework Experience working in an Azure Cloud environment Experience working in an Azure DevOps environment Typical Day in the Role • Key projects - Security, Modernization support of existing tooling • Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm#LI-TMC
