If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.ResponsibilitiesEvaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions across Payment applicationsDesign and build enterprise applications for solutions which are used across multiple application (and hence multiple business teams)Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and managementGathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reportsEnsuring solutions meet business needs and requirementsUpdating, implementing and maintaining proceduresPrioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirementsServing as a liaison between stakeholders and usersManaging competing resources and prioritiesResponsible for Service delivery of the team with focus on SLAs and customer management ensuring no escalationsManaging stakeholder’s relationship with different BU’s and ability to manage escalated issues/ potential escalationOwn Root cause analysis provide tactical and permanent solutionContinue process improvement across the application portfolioProactive analysis to drive down outage, improve recovery time and reduce time to engageExperienceSolid understanding of Web based Application Support in a multi-tier architecture within Banking domain.Excellent Analytical and problem solving skills. Experience with business critical server application support will be an advantage.Expertise in trouble shooting Java/J2EE/Microservices Applications deployed on any of the industry standard Front end Application Servers such as IBM WAS, Tomcat.Hands on experience on UNIX. Python based automation is a plus.Experience in any Industry standard Application Performance Monitoring Tool such as AppDynamics, Splunk, BMC Patrol, HP BSM, Dynatrace, etc.Background/previous experience in any of: Java / J2EE, Angular JS, node.js, React, Spring, DOJO, HTML, JavascriptCloud management knowledgeWorked on any application migration and have a clear understanding of the process.Candidates with good understanding of Cloud, Oracle database, LDAP, MQ, TCP/IP Networks, Webservers, Data Centre will be preferred.Understanding of Spring Boot Micro-services, REST APIsAbout NTT DATA ServicesNTT DATA Services is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas.
