What's the opportunity? Intercom has announced a $100million investment in AI, and we have ambitious plans to scale our AI team over the next twelve months.We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning Recruiting Manager to join our talent acquisition team and partner closely with our AI Group. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and executing hiring strategies to attract top machine learning talent and support Intercom's ambitious AI initiatives.What will I be doing? Partner with AI leadership group to understand hiring needs and develop targeted recruiting strategiesManage a team of recruiters to source, engage, and evaluate machine learning candidates across various specializationsManage full-cycle recruitment process for ML roles, from job posting to offer negotiationBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of ML talent through proactive sourcing and networkingStay current on ML industry trends, talent markets, and competitive landscapesAdvise hiring managers on market conditions, compensation trends, and candidate motivationsCollaborate with employer branding team to showcase Intercom's ML work and team cultureDevelop and refine interview processes to effectively assess ML candidatesTrack key recruiting metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders What skills do I need? 5+ years of technical recruiting experience, with a focus on machine learning or AI rolesUnderstanding of machine learning concepts, roles, and talent landscapeProven track record of successfully hiring ML talent in a competitive marketStrong network within the ML community and ability to engage passive candidatesExcellent communication and relationship-building skillsExperience partnering with senior technical leaders and translating hiring needsAbility to understand and effectively communicate complex technical conceptsData-driven approach to recruiting strategy and decision-makingBachelor's degree or equivalent experience If you're passionate about AI and have a talent for connecting top machine learning professionals with exciting opportunities, we'd love to hear from you.
