Do You have a passion for creating good customer relations and have a good understanding of IT infrastructure and Architecture, then join Aeven’s team of Customer Solutions Architect in Copenhagen (Soeborg). Your responsibilities You have a good understanding of our customers’ business needs and the overall IT landscape, and you are responsible for the technical parts in the contract covering the infrastructure area. You will collaborate closely with our specialists to ensure that all contractual obligations are met. You are the customer’s trusted advisor and their primary contact when it comes to technical inquiries - in close cooperation with Aeven Delivery Management and the rest of the team. You are also responsible for the analysis, reporting and presentation of the Availability and Capacity area as agreed with the customer. Your work assignments include: • Customer advice and recommendations on services and technologies to support the customer business and generate add-on sales • Consult/review the design of customer solutions • Overall understanding of the customer IT infrastructure as well as the Aeven service portfolio and reference architecture • Support Operations with customer specific knowledge • Actively support solving of operational challenges in the customer environment • Support Problem Managers in problem solving from a customer holistic perspective • Ensure and advise on continuous customer hardware refresh • Hand over - Take over (HoTo) from tender and projects • Pre-sales support for existing customers • Analysis and advisory of customer reporting and KPIs for e.g., Capacity and Availability You will join Architecture Services Our Customer Solutions Architects (CSA’s) are part of the Architecture Services department, and you will be joining our Customer Solutions Architecture team and refer to the manager of this department. Together with the other Solutions Architects and Delivery Managers you will be responsible for delivery to specific valued customers. The team consists of twelve colleagues in Soeborg and Aarhus. We are a team who value a good informal social atmosphere, good relations, and high-quality delivery to our customers. We focus on long-term relationships both in the team and towards the customer and know that trust and good relations are a cornerstone in service delivery. We are more than 75 Solutions Architects globally, and though all are organized in different offices, there is a focus on ensuring a community to create a professional and engaging work environment globally. Your qualifications and experience We expect you to hold a relevant degree with supplementary education and 2-5 years of work experience as an e.g., Architect or IT specialist. It is an advantage if you have worked at an IT service provider or large enterprise infrastructure. You have broad knowledge of operational technologies such as server, storage, database technologies, hardware, virtualization technology, network, and cloud. You know what it takes to ensure the availability, capacity and continuity of IT operations and you have knowledge and experience working with ITIL practices. You thrive in a busy, highly professional environment and have a structured and focused approach to your tasks. You make things happen through other people, you are proactive and do not mind taking the initiative and getting your hands dirty. You are focused on delivering high quality. You can communicate technical issues to management and other stakeholders including the customer and you create sound relations with your stakeholders, both external and internal.
