Here, you'll collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the field, and what's even more exciting is that prior Epic / electronic health records experience isn't necessary!We're building a cutting-edge electronic healthcare records and analytics services capability, harnessing the collective expertise of our clinical, consulting, delivery, technology, and operations teams. When you join our team as EHR Reporting Analyst, you'll embark on a comprehensive training programme that equips you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your assigned area. You'll become a vital part of our efforts to enhance healthcare technology and improve patient care.We’re interested in individuals with experience handling and manipulating data and building reports, ideally with Microsoft SQL Server and visualisation skills (Tableau, PowerBI or similar). Strong candidates will be able to demonstrate self-motivation and team collaboration. Epic training will be provided. Most importantly, our team will foster a culture of diversity and inclusion and drive innovation for our company and our clients. Please note: There would be an initial training program on joining where there may be an expectation to work adjusted hours, depending on trainer location/availability. Primary responsibilities of the Electronic Health Record Reporting Analyst: Creating solutions out of Epic data repositories such as raw extracts, visual reports, and dashboards sourced from Microsoft SQL Server databasesUtilizing SQL to create new solutions, modify existing content, and distribute the data to users and third-party vendorsReceives and documents formal requests from customer including specifications (layout, calculations, data source, etc.) Evaluates requests for completeness and if needed works with customer to finalize requestAids in the development of complex operational and project-related reports including analysis, design, documentation, versioning development, configuration, testing, implementation and ongoing support for Epic Cogito (Clarity and Caboodle)-based reportingAssists in the providing of technical direction, guidance and analysis during project development and accomplish all required formal sign-offsAssists with Epic upgrades/updates by serving as a subject matter expert for the Epic Clarity data models.Analyse customer reporting inventory and identify opportunities to consolidate, optimize, or decommission reports that are no longer neededProvides technical/clinical workflow consultation including application configuration. Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates systems needs to develop recommendations for customersThe BI Developer may create new reports, using third party report writing tools to display Epic dataConfigure and test Epic-released foundation reports and dashboardsReview peer reports for data accuracy and efficiencyCommunicate effectively with report consumers to explain the data and the logic behind it You will be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role, as well as providing development for other roles you may be interested in.Required qualifications: • Proven background in building reports and/or data visualizations• Prior experience on Microsoft SQL Server or other relational database platform• Reporting tool experience or certifications (Oracle, Microsoft, Tableau, Qlik, SAS, Cognos, etc.)• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues with reports, including reviewing scripts and database issues• Experience in facilitating meetings and feedback sessions, to enhance reporting and implement process improvements• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint)Preferred qualifications:We value a diverse range of skills and experiences.
