But we also appreciate the opportunity to work remotely can energize you too, so we do offer flexible arrangements!What you’ll doAs our new Social Media & Digital Marketing Manager as part of our Global Brand Team, you will be responsible for leading the social transformation of White Claw by changing how our brand connects and communicates with freedom-seeking consumers worldwide. You will also leverage influencers as media to cultivate and amplify conversations in social, as well as develop and execute a comprehensive social media content strategy aligned with our brand planning ambitions.Additional key responsibilities include:Create engaging, high-quality content and stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging social media platforms to ensure our content remains fresh and relevant.Monitor and engage with our online community, responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and authentic manner.Drive social conversation with innovative marketing ideas that break through the clutter in social feeds, sparking engagement, and fostering meaningful interactions.Create engaging brand narratives that lean into the cultures of freedom-seeking consumers worldwide.Find, recruit, and work with Wavemakers (influencers) who embody the spirit of White Claw. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including market leaders, Commercial teams, innovation leadership, and creative agencies, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing strategies.Delivery of Quarterly Content Calendar to over 15 Markets, and growing.Management of Social Media Agencies and Budget.What you’ll bringBachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Digital, Commerce or related field.+6 year of experience in Marketing, preferably with a focus on building new brands.Proven experience in brand management, preferably in the soft drinks or non-alcoholic beverage industry.Ability to build brands through influencer, cultural, and neighborhood marketing programs.Experience of creating Content Calendars across a variety platforms and multiple countries, as well as managing Social Media agencies and budgets.Who you areStrong collaboration, teamwork and relationship building skills across multiple levels and functions in on organization.Sophisticated organization skills including the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects.Have a creative and innovative mindset, with a proactive ‘can do’ attitude to be best in your craft.Self-motivated with a sound sense of ownership and accountability.Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Result driven and can handle ambiguity and thrives without a set playbook.We thank all candidates for their curiosity about MABIUC and we will get in touch with those candidates that are under consideration.
