Job Tasks: Strategic Project Management : Assist in managing the legal aspects of strategic projects and transactions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory compliance. Corporate Governance : Provide expert advice on corporate governance matters, including Board and Shareholder approval requirements, to facilitate smooth operations and decision-making processes. Legal Advisory Services : Offer comprehensive legal advice on commercial and operational activities, proactively identifying risks and proposing effective solutions to overcome obstacles. Contract Negotiation and Review : Take a proactive role in negotiating key commercial contracts and transactions, drafting and reviewing agreements, and liaising with external counsel when necessary. Legal Policy Implementation : Collaborate with Lean Centre Legal to ensure consistent implementation of legal policies and initiatives across Business Units, fostering a unified approach to legal matters. Performance Management : Actively participate in the Performance Management process, contributing to the achievement of personal and team objectives while upholding the company's Leadership Standards and Behaviors for Success.
