The Candidate: The ideal candidate for this role will be friendly and have a positive, can-do attitude. Flexibility with shift work is essential, as the position involves both midweek and weekend shifts. Responsibilities:   To ensure the delivery of a high standard of customer care and service is always provided in every area of the business In the absence of the Spa Manager, you will be responsible for the management of the Spa Stock control including the ordering of retail and salon products in line with Budget and business levels as set out In conjunction with the Spa Manager, setting stock sales targets on a monthly basis for therapists Assist with rostering to ensure adequate levels of staff to maximise business needs Create ongoing in-house promotions and activities to stimulate sales, staff and customers To drive sales and meet agreed sales targets.
