Internal Audit Senior Manager My client an international property management company, based in Dublin City Centre are recruiting for a new Internal Audit Senior Manager. About your new employer International Property Management company Based in Dublin City Centre Office based role About your new job: Develop a risk register to include all key operational and strategic risks. Undertake periodic risk assessments of the function driving the timely completion of associated follow-up action plans emphasising remediation of control weaknesses. Build relationships with departments management team to ensure support around oversight activities and unfettered access to staff, processes, systems, reports and activities. Provide recommendations for implementing best practices to drive improvement in the quality, efficiency and accuracy of client financial reporting and report preparation processes Work with the Compliance Manager to conduct an annual review of compliance processes identifying opportunities for improving the processes. What skills you need: Qualified accountant with 6+ years PQE Experience of auditing, risk and controls, with a strong knowledge of financial principles and practices Experience implementing process improvements, completing month end and year end close activities for multiple entities Exceptional computer-literacy skills and proficiency in financial software and ERP systems The ability to adapt to a dynamic and evolving business environment.
