A  Chef De Partie  is required to join the successful culinary brigade at  Seafield Hotel & Spa Resort. The Candidate: Chef qualification/2-3 years Chef De Partie experience essential Must have a passion for cooking and be very creative Ability to produce dishes to a consistently high standard HACCP trained and hold an up to date certificate Knowledge of ordering, stock control and waste management. Flexible to meet business needs Fluent English is required (Written and Oral) Main Responsibilities: Assist the Exec Head Chef and Sous Chef with the management of the kitchen Ensure that all service within the kitchen is performed to the highest standard Ensure that all stock is kept under optimum conditions Help develop and introduce new menu's and recipes Ensure that all mis-en-place is always freshly prepared and on time Oversee junior chef training and provide adequate support and guidance Attend training and development as required Assist the Executive Head Chef to ensure Health & Safety is maintained on a daily basis Waste management The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills. This role will involve midweek and weekend shifts, a mix of day time and night time hours is required. Flexibility in working hours is therefore essential.
