The Team: The role is based within Ireland's largest Investments team. With access to the worldwide Savills PLC office network, we offer comprehensive domestic and cross-border investment services. It currently has a team of 9 people and is currently involved in advising and transacting on some of the largest office, retail, logistics and PRS assets and portfolios in Ireland. The Role We are currently recruiting for a Senior Investment Surveyor to work in our Dublin office within our Investment Team .   The role will provide the successful appointee with an opportunity to be involved in property transactions and asset management throughout Ireland.           Sales, acquisition advice and negotiations associated with commercial investment transactions         Consultancy advice to receivers , institutional investors and financial institutions         Detailed financial modeling including cashflow analysis, IRR's, NPV's etc         Developing strategic reports on assets and implementing asset management strategies         Respond quickly to client requirements in this changing market and be able to adapt when necessary         Monitor the activity of individual active investors on a continuous basis         Liaise with all other departments within Savills to monitor market activity         Full range of agency duties to handle our large and varied investment sales instructions.   The Person You will be principally familiar with the Irish property market with good knowledge of all property asset classes. You will be technically excellent with very strong report writing skills and proven commercial acumen. You will be a qualified surveyor and will have at least one years post qualification experience, ideally to include investment and commercial agency.  Candidates with qualifications in another relevant discipline or with non-investment experience will also be considered for this role. Our focus is to recruit an individual with excellent client relationship management skills and a proven ability to spot opportunities to generate fees. Working as part of a team you must be capable of performing at a high level at all times.   Person Specification         Excellent verbal, written and report writing skills         Chartered Surveyor (SCSI / RICS)         Strong sales ability         Ability to build relationships with clients and understand their requirements         Ability to professionally manage large projects from initial strategy report through to end sales         Technically competent and numerate with a good understanding of financial modeling         Thorough knowledge and appreciation of key issues influencing the market         A good understanding of Argus Enterprise & Developer, MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint         A team player that has the ability to work autonomously when necessary         Ability to work to tight deadlines         Highly pro-active and ambitious with a desire to provide the best commercial agency advice and service in the Irish market         Extensive experience in commercial sectors is essential
