TikTok is seeking Talent Acquisition Partner to support our Mass Hiring team. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering closely with multiple stakeholders to maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for our various business demands. You will build innovative sourcing strategies led by data and market intelligence, lead a selection process that adopts D&I best practices, and partner closely with colleagues and key stakeholders through the hiring journey. Responsibilities:1. You will cooperate with the recruiting PM to align and meet team goals by applying creativity and innovation to uncover the best talents to join TikTok globally.2. Actively expand recruitment channels, including but not limited to recruitment websites, internal databases, forums, social platforms, and professional networks in your area / time zone to find suitable candidates.3. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job posting, resume screening and interview support.4. Build a strong network, establish good interaction with candidates during the search process, and then establish a qualified talent pool to support global recruitment. 1. More than 2 years of headhunting / HR related experience.2. Must have strong written and oral English communication skills.3. Good at using recruitment websites, professional social networking sites for talent search, online social media related experience is preferred.4. Good time management ability, capable of processing multiple tasks simultaneously in different time zones.5. Excellent communicator, persuasive and excellent interpersonal communication ability, excellent analytical ability, multi-tasking ability, teamwork spirit, attention to detail.
