As an International Benefits Specialist, you will work with the global Benefits leader to manage global benefit program administration, leave of absence, assist with implementing new programs and improve policies and processes.. You will work closely with HR teams, vendors, and stakeholders to ensure that our benefit offerings are competitive, compliant, and aligned with our company's objectives.You will report to the Senior Benefits Manager and will be based in our Dublin office.You’ll Get To: Manage day-to-day administration of benefits (health insurance, retirement plans and wellness initiatives/perks) in partnership with payroll for all of our global countries. Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of global benefit trends, regulations, and best practices.Provide guidance and support to employees regarding benefit inquiries, enrollment processes, and claims resolution.Manage full scope of Leave of Absence process which includes educating employees on the leave benefits, updating communications, filing statutory leaves, and entering leave time in our HRIS system - managing appointments with occupational health partners if needed. Manage time off rules and accruals for PTO and sick time in partnership with the People Operations and Technology teams.Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of benefit programs and identify areas for improvement.Stay abreast of changes in international laws and regulations related to employee benefits, and ensure compliance in all jurisdictions.Prepare communications materials, update benefits on the company intranet, and conduct training sessions (onboarding/offboarding and ongoing sessions) to educate employees on benefit plans and resources.Serve as a subject matter expert on international benefits for HR colleagues and leadership teams. Who We’re Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3+ years of experience designing and managing international benefit programs, and leave of absence programs, preferably in a multinational organization.In-depth knowledge of global benefit regulations, compliance requirements, and industry trends.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels of the organization.Proven project management abilities, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver results under tight deadlines.Proficiency in HRIS platforms and benefit administration software, including Workday.
