We’re looking for a full-time customer service host to join our sparkling new flagship Dublin counter for opening. You’ll be responsible for embodying our mission of giving our customers the tools they need to be their best through excellent customer service, adapting your style to suit the needs of those you’re talking to. You will be responsible for greeting customers, offering advice on products and services and supporting our Makeup Artists with their sales.  Welcome to Trinny London! The Role  Your daily to-dos might look like this: Interacting with all customers, ensuring that you deliver the Trinny London Match2Me experience to all, as well as promoting our services Hosting our customers between two sites, from arrival on counter to service with our Pro Makeup Arists Delivering impeccable customer service, sharing your knowledge with each customer and directing to our Pro Makeup Artists when necessary Assist in maintaining standards of our visual displays and merchandising, ensuring the stock is constantly replenished Supporting our Pro Makeup Artists to ring customer sales via store tills and Connect Pos, helping to reach daily and monthly sales targets  Embody Trinny London’s brand and style, priding yourself on knowing that your customers are returning back to you and the team Ability to work in a fast-paced environment to achieve and exceed KPIs.  Staying up to date with the latest skincare and makeup trends, working with the Education team to improve your product knowledge Requirements These skills will help you go far in this role: Experience in a retail or hospitality position Passionate for makeup and skincare Experience with customer relationship management and data capture targets would be beneficial Adaptable and confident with an ever-changing, fast-paced and high-pressured environment Positive and can-do attitude Comfortable and motivated by working towards and exceeding targets and KPIs Punctual and flexible to work retail hours, including bank holidays and weekends Personable with a customer-centric mindset We love to hear from anybody interested in Trinny London!
