itContracting are currently seeking applicants for a Senior Business Analyst.This is a contract position located with our client in Dublin The Role My client is seeking a Senior Business Analyst who will be responsible for both central banking and financial regulation and has the primary objective of promoting systemic financial stability in Ireland and across the europe area. Key responsibilities: The candidate will be required to work on a number of different current and upcoming small changes and larger projects that are at various stages in their lifecycle. High Level and Detailed Requirements Documents covering both functional and non- functional requirements User Stories and supporting material in line with Agile best practice Process flow diagrams of As-Is and To-Be processes Requirements Traceability Matrices Other deliverables as required depending on the initiative Your Profile Key skills/knowledge/experience: Have a broad experience of business analysis techniques particularly requirements elicitation and management, and business process analysis and modelling. Experience of AzDo or a similar agile requirements management tool preferable Have extensive experience in facilitating workshops, with multiple diverse participants including experience with running virtual and hybrid workshops Have extensive experience of stakeholder management, including managing challenging stakeholder Have experience in producing concise and accurate specifications of business needs using both Waterfall and Agile Methodologies Have excellent interpersonal skills, be comfortable working within a team environment, demonstrate the ability to work on own initiative and demonstrate the
