Lead Technical Designer We at Playrix are certain that our success is the result of our talented team's efforts. We're looking for a Lead Technical Designer who will improve processes and be responsible for the management and development of their project's team. Together with other departments, you'll work on the technical component of our games — the creation of high-quality visual details of a game world millions of our players return to every day. You will use your own , which we're actively improving for our game projects. This role requires relocation from Russia and Belarus to one of our offices in Serbia, Montenegro, Armenia, Kazakhstan, or remote work from other countries. Find out more .ApplyTasks People management: responsible for development, hiring/firing, team evaluation Develop processes within teams (both at the team level and at the level of the entire technical design direction on the project) Design review and decomposition of new tasks Create complex windows with large amounts of logic Optimize the UI development pipeline from layout to game Create architectural solutions at the start of new developments Participate in creating new tools to improve the quality and convenience of development Our stack Our own cross-platform VSO engine C++/Python/Lua Adobe Photoshop Requirements 1+ years of experience managing a team of at least 2 people 2+ years of experience working with UI in game engines and editors (Unity, UE, CryEngine) Understanding of the basics of programming C#/C++/Python/JS/Lua Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop or other graphic editors: cutting UI, working with vector graphics, layer effects, bulk export of files Knowledgeable about and comfortable using Git Experience creating xml/json, understanding of structure Fluency in Russian and reading proficiency in English (professional literature) Preferred Animation skills (Animate, Spine) Our Perks Flexibility at work.
