Headcount Solutions is sourcing a CMMS Engineer for a multinational client’s biotech facility in Dublin. The principal focus of the role will be supporting the site’s CMMS upgrade from Maximo 7.6 to Maximo Application Suite (MAS 10).The CMMS Engineer will be responsible for the Data cleaning, mapping, and transformation of Maximo Master data to enable migration to MAS 10.Key Responsibilities:· Support the site’s CMMS upgrade from Maximo 7.6 to Maximo Application Suite (MAS 10).· Cleaning, enhancement, and standardization of Maximo Master Data (Assets, Locations, Job Plans, PMs, Inventory and Calibration Datasheets).· Ensure Asset structure/ hierarchy reflects drawings and in field conditions.· Data Mapping of current Maximo system to new version.· Development of training plan and delivery of training for end users.· Update and creation of SOP’s, training materials and other quality documentation.· Ensure compliance with site and global SOPs through collaboration with site and global stakeholders.· Provide end user support during and after Go-live.· Support moves to new digital technology (e.g. Maximo mobile, Barcode scanning, Assignment manager).· Communication with other client sites across the network to ensure alignment.· Support day-to-day CMMS administration duties (Master data management, Work Order reviews, user set up).Qualifications & Experience:· Level 8 Qualification in Engineering, Science or related discipline.· Previous experience with CMMS systems, preferably Maximo.· Experience working with large volumes of data.· Previous Experience as a CMMS Administrator role a distinct advantage.· Strong communication skills required.· Previous experience delivering training to others.For further information, please contact Mick on 086-0435195 or forward details in confidence to jobs@headcount.ie
