Job Description:This is a hybrid role, requiring presence in our Dublin office at least two times per week. The OpportunityOur Recognition & Celebrations team is at the heart of how Workhuman helps our customers build and sustain cultures of gratitude. The team comprises multiple squads dedicated to designing and delivering innovative solutions that enable our customers to spread a culture of recognition and celebration within their workplaces. We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to help build a new squad to join us in expanding and improving our Recognition & Celebrations solutions. You will join a group of peers with high levels of trust and respect, collaborating closely to build the best software we can, given the constraints we have.
