SUMMARY OF POSITION AND OBJECTIVES: As an IT Director & Programme Manager, you will work to ensure that Eurofins’ unique structure as a network of independent companies is reflected in the management of two important IT System, both of which are a fundamental part of the Identity and Access Management functionalities at Eurofins. You will take responsibility for our Identity Lifecycle Management system, which connects various HR systems, includes workflow management capabilities, and connects with the technical Identity Stores in order to enable employee IT accounts to function smoothly. The second part of the role comprises managing our Federated Access Management System, which connects our shared Applications to the different Identity Providers using the Identity Stores. You will assume end-to-end accountability of these systems, from gathering business requirements and executing development to the operation & support of IT Services. Collaboration with many stakeholders in the organisation is required in this role. POSITION & OBJECTIVES : As IT Director & Programme Manager Federated Access Management and Identity Lifecycle Management, you will play a key role in an important IT Transformation Programme. You will lead the design and deployment of Identity and Access Management technologies, guiding the Eurofins organisation on best practices and standardisation. You will get to drive and shape the future of access management, collaborating with the infrastructure and information security teams and managing access security solutions. Furthermore, you will assess wider implications beyond immediate technical problems and anticipate future problems before they occur. You will also identify the impact of change policy, and act as a point of contact for enquiries around federated access management. You will have the chance to be part of an international setting with high visibility and impact by attending critical meetings with high-level management and leading the discussion on security changes. Success in this role will require a passion for federated access management technologies and an ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the distributed team. Further responsibilities include: Providing operational training and runbooks for Identity Access Management systems. Using your experience in standard operating procedures to perform pre- and postproduction support activities. Are you our kind of extraordinary? We are looking for a candidate with an MSc in Computer Science or a related field and excellent English skills. You should have 8-10 years’ experience in managing IT teams. Other requirements include: Experience in managing effective teams, along with setting goals and targets for team members. Organisational and time-management skills. Excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills. Knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Octa, Ping Federated, or similar technologies. Knowledge of and hands-on experience with deploying Identity Providers at scale. Understanding of different deployment strategies. Hand-on knowledge of Microsoft Azure and best practices around operating Microsoft Azure Tenants. In-depth knowledge of security open standards and benchmarks (OWASP/CIS). Knowledge of Sailpoint IQ and relevant capabilities for managing identities using the Sailpoint platform. Hands-on experience with customisation capabilities of the platform, as well as available audit and compliance features. Knowledge of operational best practices of critical platforms; hands-on knowledge with ITIL Engineering and capability of solving complex Identity problems. Working knowledge on Identity and Access Management protocols and technologies: OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Federation, Single-sign-on (SSO) and usage of proprietary Windows Authentication and Authorisation protocols (Kerberos NTLM).Working knowledge in IT Service Management and respective processes on Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Request management. Experience with multi-factor authentication capabilities, including token-based authentication. Able to act as single point of contact for Business owners and easily translate business requirements into technical requirements.
