They will play a lead role in liaising with different departments and the Technology team to realize the business requirements while enabling best-in-class customer experiences aligned to the Bank’s ambitions.   We’re looking for someone who:   Will be responsible for the quality output of business requirements under pin Bank’s Corporate lending platform and integration into the wider technology ecosystem, ensuring that requirements are well understood and aligned across all stakeholders. Has experience in managing the stakeholders across various departments like Credit Policy Operations, Business, Legal, Conduct etc. Well-versed with the banking framework, regulatory policies & and procedures, and local market practices in Ireland & UK Has worked in the corporate lending space with extensive experience across Corporate lending, new product/feature designing including their Cost-Benefit Ratio etc. Has managed corporate loan books from both operations and credit operations perspectives, Support Management teams to get necessary approvals for major product releases by providing required artifacts and supporting documents. Work with colleagues across various teams ensuring effective collaboration, communication, and capturing/documentation of business cases. Can engage with and influence key business & IT stakeholders in the definition of requirements and drive the implementation of appropriate technology solutions within corporate banking domain, and associated business platforms. Ensures that the Product framework and project documents are well documented, reviewed and signed off within the timeframe. Shall be able to assess the solutions provided by the project team and evaluate if it is fit for purpose.   Skills required: Minimum 10 – 12 years of experience working on lending including product, service offerings and operational process & procedures in a leading Bank. Understanding of the regulatory requirements and banking practices Have the desire to work as part of a strong team, in challenging environment with competing priorities. Have strong organisational, planning, and problem-solving skills, can multi-task and demonstrate flexible thinking. Are good with people, develop supportive relationships and can work in a team. Have excellent written and verbal communication skills including report drafting and delivering presentations. Have a positive and bold demeanour, with the ability to work on your own initiative. Have a critical and analytical mindset and combine technical expertise with a drive for change management. Should be able to articulate the requirements to the project team.
