We work with cutting-edge technologies and innovations along the entire value chain: from reimagined green data centers to the operation of Europe’s largest GPU cluster for our international customers. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES Overall responsibility and accountability for building, leading and developing the Taiga Cloud go-to-market (GTM) Partner strategy and ecosystem. This includes the following: Partner profiling and targeting ISVs, GSI and SIs in Europe. Partner qualification and acquisition into Taiga’s Partner Network by European Region and Industry Sector. Liaison with the Director of Alliances and Operations to ensure opportunities and referrals are maximized. Targeted on the revenues achieved, by you and your Team, from the GTM Partner Network. To agree and set joint goals with our Partners around: Partner Originated leads. Partner Originated new customer wins. Partner Originated revenues. Partner Originated public-facing case studies. To lead, inspire and grow the Taiga Partner Development Team to nurture and strengthen our partnership relationships at all levels, ensuring trust is built and high levels of visibility are achieved within each. Activities include monthly and quarterly reviews with each Partner around pipeline management, training, accreditation and joint marketing activities. This leadership role will be aligned with revenue targets, with a commission plan linked to GTM Partner originated numbers. This role is a key member of the Taiga Cloud Leadership Team. WHAT YOU ARE EXPECTED TO BRING: A seasoned Partnership Development leader. An inspirational Team Leader for the GTM Partner Development Team and for our GTM Partners. You’re comfortable with rapid growth environments and ambiguity. The primary, trusted contact point for all GTM Partnerships we build with Taiga Cloud. Dedicated contact person for the legal department for any Partner Network Reseller agreements & legal documentation (drafting of contracts, partnership agreements etc). You have a positive can-do mindset, always looking for solutions. YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: 10+ Years in a senior/leadership cloud-related Partner Development role; ideally with a cloud service provider such as AWS, Google and/or Azure. A pioneer, with 5+ Years of leading cloud Partner Development/Sales Teams, stimulating interest and commitment to innovations and transformation amongst carefully selected GTM Partners. Always leading from the front in early adoption and deployment of the latest HPC, ML & AI cloud-related technology.
