This role will be responsible for business retention and excellent customer service as well as driving sales across personal lines insurance products.Along with a competitive package, our client is also offering a hybrid working model, pension, and monthly/yearly bonuses.Your Role: Manage all inquiries regarding current private motor, commercial vehicle, household, and other Personal Lines products.Communicating with clients via telephone, email, web chat, and face-to-face meetings.Identify new sales opportunities through cross-selling.Foster excellent relationships with clients and key insurance contacts.Handle initial notification of claims and ensure efficient handling by Insurers from notification to settlement.Participate in trade exhibitions and conventions as needed.Staying up-to-date with product knowledge.
