The Role & What You Will Be Doing Every day, we rise to the challenge to make a difference and here’s how the Global Lead of ERP Portfolio Management role will make an impact: Responsible for building and design the ERP strategic roadmap in liaison with the ERP Global Head and the ERP Solutions Leads Responsible to the ERP Project Portfolio and program governance Responsible to consolidate and supervise the ERP Project Portfolio Financials Responsible to drive the ERP solution partners relationships Responsible to lead the ERP Project Portfolio dependencies with the other IT workstreams About Your Skills & Experience For this role, we’re looking for a candidate who has an effective combination of the following qualifications, skills and experiences: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Engineering or Computer Science. MBA in Finance will be taken in consideration At least 15 years of experience in SAP Project Management At least 5 years experience in Project management Financials At least 5 years experience in SAP Global Vendors Management Extensive hands on experience in ERP implementations including three - five major ERP and Legal Entity consolidations SAP project Methodology and SAP S/4 HANA Migration will be an asset Experience in a large multinational publicly traded company Experience in the pharmaceutical industry Lead and develop cross-functional, multi-disciplinary high-performing teams Provides strategic and tactical direction and governance for the team Direct supervision of managers At Viatris, we are dedicated to building a truly diverse, inclusive and authentic workplace, so if you’re excited about this role but your past experience doesn’t fully align with every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
