You will work closely with the Product and Sales team to ensure our products meet and exceed market expectations. Responsibilities Leverage competitor and market intelligence, establish product positioning that differentiates eDesk’s solutions and offering Define ICPs, buyer personas and value propositions that translate our products and features into benefits that resonate with our target audience. Ensure consistent messaging across different assets, collaterals, and channels Collaborate with our product, sales, and customer success teams to create the tactical GTM plan that communicates the value of our solutions to multiple personas Create high-impact marketing collateral, including pitch decks, email campaigns, case studies, web pages, live and event-based programs that effectively communicate our value proposition and align with our go-to-market strategy Gather customer feedback and identify opportunities for improvements Support product launches by creating and implementing launch campaigns, and work closely with both product experts and sales managers on the effective use of marketing assets Become an internal expert on our customers, products, competitors, and our market position to create demand, drive customer satisfaction, and revenue Speak or present at industry events or webinars when needed Your profile 4+ years of product marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS Product and market expertise - prior experience in a related field is a huge plus such as working previously on a CX team, but you’ll need to demonstrate the ability to learn and grow Proven experience writing and editing marketing content. Must be a storyteller at heart with proven ability to take complex, technical concepts and tell stories in a clear, concise way Proven track record of developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies Familiar with the marketing tactics and channels that can potentially be used for effective product communication Previous experience of working with marketing automation software such as HubSpot Exceptional organizational skills and experience in managing multiple projects that have short deadlines, cross-functional dependencies, and competing priorities Superb analytical skills in gathering information from various sources and teasing out the “so-what” to effectively make strategic decisions Strong sense of curiosity and passion for artificial intelligence, demonstrating a proactive approach to staying updated with the latest advancements and technologies in the field Entrepreneurial spirit; a love of the hustle and a scrappy attitude and a passion for learning A self-starter approach to get things done and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Nice to haves Experience in ABM and developing marketing plans for target accounts Why us?
