We are seeking a highly motivated Facilities Executive that has a proven track record in supporting / coordinating both Hard Technical Services (mechanical / electrical providers) as well as Soft Services (such as catering, security etc) with excellent initiative and communication skills. Perhaps you worked on a Help Desk role with a Service Provider supporting Clients and Mechanical / Electrical Engineers and now looking for the next step in your career. Or maybe you worked in a Contract Support role with similar tasks. or Perhaps you have experience as a Junior Facilities Manager. The successful candidate will join the Facilities Department, whom are responsible for the day-to-day maintenance and management of our client's properties and assets to ensure that they are maintained to the highest standard and providing an optimal environment for customers and colleagues. Primarily you will look after the Head Office Building and support the Facilities Manager on other projects /sites when necessary.Day to Day Tasks·Day to day management of all hard and soft building services for HO Building – plumbers, electricians, fabric works, appliance service engineers, catering, cleaners etc.·Administer, coordinate and perform documentation control duties·Create and maintain work plans, measurement documents, schedules and work events·Maintain facilities documentation and vendor inspection/maintenance reports pertaining to related equipment and facilities.·Processing of Purchase Orders·Contacting Sub Contractors/ Suppliers to negotiate quotations for materials, service delivery and various spend items.·Deal with all Sub Contractor/ Supplier queries – Ensure any issues are dealt with in a timely manner·Understanding the Key Stakeholders and their requirements·Achieve results within quality & time restraints·Perform with an understanding of business requirements and changes and ensuring continuous improvement.·Carry out impromptu audits on maintenance or other duties being performed on site, to verify that work is carried out to the agreed standards in a consistent manner·Work collaboratively with stakeholder departments such as Logistics, EHS, Procurement, Construction and IT to deliver service and solutions·Flexible and adaptable to respond to reasonable ad-hoc tasks as requiredWhat you'll needExcellent Communication and Interpersonal skills ensuring a level of calmness and diplomacyAbility to use initiative, logic and problem solving capabilitiesAt least 2 years experience in a similar multi-tasking role in Engineering, Facilities ManagementAbility to lead projects, initiatives and integrate business and facilities management objectives.Excellent MS products skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent drive, enthusiasm, and commitmentSend your CV now to Immediate vacant position (adhering to notice periods)
