To further augment their existing team of industry leading Hospitality Professionals they wish to appoint: Job Title: Bar Manager Overview:Key Responsibilities:Be responsible for the short- and long-term planning and management of the bar operations in both front and back of house.Direct and oversee the development of employeesImplement and maintain food and beverage sales and marketing programmesCoordinate outlet operations with other hotel departments to ensure efficient guest serviceResolve guest complaints as appropriate and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction at all timesManage the recruitment of the bar, ensure appropriate training is carried out and be responsible for departmental appraisals and performance reviewsOversee and manage all aspects of the hotel's rooms division, including front office, housekeeping, and guest services.Ensure seamless and personalized guest experiences through effective coordination of daily operations.Lead and inspire a team of dedicated professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and exceptional service.Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness and comfort in the bar at all timesRequirements:Qualifications:A Degree in Hospitality Management is preferrableExperience: Proven experience in a similar role would be a distinct advantage within the luxury hotel industry.Strong leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills with a focus on guest satisfactionA talented MixologistAdditional important informationJob ref: VAC-13432This is a full-time position.Permanent roleFree Car Parking5* PropertyOne of Donegal’s finest hotels.Award Winning Property Company eventsEmployee DiscountFood AllowanceCompetitive salary and performance-based bonuses.Health and wellness programs.Career development opportunities within the international hotel group.
