Benefits include an excellent salary, pension, private health insurance allowance and generous holiday allowance.Key Responsibilities Define data migration strategy, policy and plans to ensure successful migration of data forCollaborate with colleagues to develop tools, processes for data acquisition, cleansing and profilingResponsible for preparing, executing and monitoring/tracking data migrations in conjunction with business project managers.Collaborate with IT and business leads to shape the technical solutionsResponsible for identifying and creating data transformation rules and mapping across all systemsSeek to continuously improve the data migration process and associated ETL mappings. Drive improvement, fixes of ETL mappings via relevant stakeholdersDrive migration process standardizationDrive execution of data migration tasks on daily basis.Pro-actively manage date migration issue and risk resolution Skills & Requirements Minimum Educational Requirements Bachelor Degree or Masters degree in a relevant discipline;5+ years experience and proven track record of successful data migration, preferably in terms of product data.Experience in a highly regulated environment/ industry highly desirableProject Management qualificationSix Sigma qualification desiredExperience of and/ or skills in SAP Data Services/ Information Steward Essential Skills Project Manager with technical/data knowledgeStrong organisation skills with a proven ability to plan multiple data projects and align resources based upon a demand pipeline.Knowledge of product data highly desirable, Parts, BOMS, RouterPLM application knowledge preferred, Agile PLM.Although not a hands-on technical role, knowledge of data projects mandatoryUnderstanding of data concepts for example data privacy, obfuscation, access controls, transformation/mapping of data.Must have project manager or migration manager experience on a large scale data migration process.Expert judgment and problem-solving abilityExperience with SQL / database tables and architecture preferredExcellent MS Office skills,Effective collaboration with cross-functional Business Units,Experience managing cross-functional teams,Ability to Perform and manage critical analysis of data.Excellent facilitation and communication skills,Ability to solve complex problems, and be innovative,Comfortable working with all levels of the organisation, including presentation to executive management,
