You will support the MD, Founder, Board and SLT administratively. The candidate should have a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. Executive Assistant to both the MD and company Founder.  Provide Company Secretarial support to the Board, Auditor, Finance Director and MD.  Manage schedules for the Board and senior teams.  Acting as a minute taker at Board and senior meetings and following up with stakeholders on action points.  Diary management and planning through prioritisation of appointments.  Receiving calls and dealing with clients in a professional manner.  Organising internal and external meetings.   Manage all correspondence including typing and minute taking.  Preparation of presentation slides and material.  Preparation of Board Packs.  Preparation of Management Meeting Packs.  Various ad-hoc administration duties.  Candidate Requirements  Ability to be flexible with respect to work standards and demands. Capable of working under pressure and to strict deadlines. Proven ability to complete tasks. Resilient and able to deal with changing priorities. The successful candidate will be required to possess and demonstrate:  Outstanding written and oral communication skills.  Excellent interpersonal, time management and organisational skills.  An understanding of confidentiality issues.  Adaptability and flexibility since you will be required to complete a wide array of roles.  The capacity to work under extreme pressure and meet tight deadlines.  The ability to research, analyse and present complex information in an easy to understand manner.  The capacity to delegate tasks as and when necessary.    The following qualifications, skills and experience would also be an advantage.  Relevant qualification or experience in Company Law.  Experience acting in a ‘Company Secretary’ capacity.  Working knowledge of one or more European languages.  Benefits The remunerating package, including salary and benefits, is negotiable depending on experience.
