We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Third Party IT Supplier Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of our third-party IT suppliers. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient and effective management of suppliers against defined contractual commitments, consolidate and streamline the supplier landscape into a centralized group model, and implement robust governance practices and processes.Responsibilities:Creation, implementation, and maintenance of a robust Supplier Management Framework to include a defined third-party supplier IT service catalogue, a contract management database, and defined roles and responsibilities with assigned ownership against each supplier under a tiered model.Planning, monitoring, and recording of all IT supplier requirements and ensuring alignment to defined Group policies and third-party contracts.Identification and analysis of all legacy IT supplier commitments inherited through business acquisition. Planning and management of any service transition and contract termination activity.Management of the supplier lifecycle from inception through to termination. Provide regular reporting on any upcoming renewal or contract end dates, with plans in place for any renewal or exit activity.Capture and understand all outsourced IT services and underlying commercials and perform cost management activity across all assigned suppliers and/or contract portfolios.Identification, realization, and reporting of commercial efficiencies, cost savings, and cost avoidance through centralization and de-duplication of supplier spend.Leading the ongoing management, monitoring, and review process for each assigned supplier and/or contract portfolio.Identification of key performance indicators, regular reviews of supplier performance against set KPIs, and reporting against agreed service levels.Ensuring all agreed SLAs are met, both internally and externally, and ensuring any breaches are escalated and managed appropriately.Provide management reports on supplier performance and recommendations on any remedial actions required.Be the initial escalation point for key third-party IT suppliers and provide support with IT Service Management activity.Experience:Performing in a similar Supplier / Contract Management role, preferably in an IT functionThird party supplier management frameworks.Contract structure, key clauses, and terms.Budget and financial processes.Working within a matrixed teamExcellent communication and stakeholder management capabilityAbility to think laterallyCommercial acumenResilient and positiveStructured and organizedCollaborative team playerFlexibility to travelProcurement experience – involvement in RFI / RFP processProject managementITIL knowledgeSaaSIT InfrastructureInformation SecurityRegulatory compliancePeople management and delivery through others #J-18808-Ljbffr
