They will be encouraged to bring forth new ides which will improve operational efficiencies, safety levels and given adequate time and resources to execute those ideas.As an Electrical Projects Technician, you will be responsible for: Preventive maintenance ProgramsEngage with clients & Subcontractors where necessary to ensure successful delivery of projects.Drafting Electrical DrawingsScope project resources before executionInspection of equipment to ensure H&S requirements are fulfilled.Commissioning electrical projectsRole-Specific Skills/Knowledge: Problem Analysis - Ability in pro-actively identifying problems, seeking pertinent data, recognising important information, and identifying possible causes of problemsCompliance - Adherence to company policy and/or procedures. Seeks approval from the correct authority for changes.Stress Tolerance - Ability to perform adequately under pressure and/or opposition. Ability to make controlled responses in stressful situations.Interpersonal Skills -Awareness of other people and environment and own impact on these.
