Your role Your role as Implementation Consultant is to lead and manage customer implementations or workstreams a range of projects. Technical configuration of Megapay and Ancillary applications and reports as per client requirements within the scope of the project. What do we have to offer? What do you have to offer? Proven evidence of experience operating within a consultancy or implementation environment at a Consultant level Payroll Expertise is desirable (ROI and/or UK Jurisdictions), T&A knowledge desirable but not essential SQL report writing experience an advantage. Evidence of leading technical implementations of payroll projects Analytical and strategic thinking with ability to influence at management level through highly effective communication and relationship skills Track record of excellent organisational, time management and budgetary control To have achieved the required competencies and behaviours in the Implementation Behavioural Framework Which tasks can you expect? Lead projects of small/mid-size/enterprise, or workstreams within a project, or a change control project or supporting a Senior Consultant or Project/Programme Manager to ensure all milestones are met within contractual, time, quality and budgetary constraints Technical configuration of Megapay and Ancillary applications and reports as per client requirements within the scope of the project. Manage and escalate customer issues utilising the appropriate people or resources required for a prompt resolution Maintain customer relationships to support maximisation of future revenues and business profit Understand the customer needs and environment and support the recommendation of ‘value added’ solutions to the customers Support the management of internal inter departmental relationships and management team stakeholders Work proactively as a team member across the Department, offer support to junior members of the community as necessary Impart technical knowledge to contribute to product development Maintain budgetary responsibility for all implementations under their control From many places, we work as one, moving from better to best together.
